Caroline Celis

Caroline Celis serves as the Head of Go-to-Market at Cargado. Previously, Caroline held multiple roles at G2, progressing from Senior Manager to Senior Director of Global Business Development. Caroline has experience as a Chicago Venture Capital Fellow at Chicago:Blend and has worked at CareerBuilder in various positions, including Senior Solutions Specialist in the Staffing and Recruiting Division and Senior Software Sales Executive. Caroline is currently pursuing an education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, expected to complete in 2025, and holds a degree from Northwestern University.
