Grayson Hensley, CMA, CSCA has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in June 2017, Grayson worked as a Zoning Technician at Augusta County Community Development, where they enforced zoning codes, prepared reports on violations, and ensured compliance with special use permits. From April 2018 to October 2020, Grayson worked as an Accountant - System Specialist at Dixie Gas & Oil Corporation. In this role, they verified, allocated, posted, and reconciled GL transactions, performed bank reconciliations, and analyzed financial information. From October 2020 to May 2021, Grayson served as a Project Controls Analyst at Dynamic Aviation, where they monitored the financial health and performance of programs, developed and managed estimates, and designed dashboards for program-specific KPIs. Currently, Grayson is working as an Accounting Systems Consultant at Cargas Systems, starting in June 2021.

Grayson Hensley, CMA, CSCA, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Regent University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Grayson has earned multiple certifications throughout their career. Grayson became a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) in December 2020 and obtained the IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals Certificate from the Institute of Management Accountants in May 2020. Grayson further expanded their expertise by completing the Financial Planning & Analysis Professional Certificate from the IMA in March 2021. Grayson also holds the Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification from Sage Intacct, Inc., which they obtained in August 2021. Most recently, in November 2021, they became certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis from CSCA (Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis).
