Ann Brackenridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the meat and protein research and development sectors. Holding the position of VP and North America Protein Research and Development Innovation Lead at Cargill since January 2004, Ann has also served as Director of NA Innovation for Cargill Animal Nutrition and held the role of Cargill Protein R&D Innovation Manager. Ann's career at Cargill began in September 1999 as a Food Scientist, focusing on the evaluation of harvesting and processing technologies and their impact on pork quality, including research on exported pork to Japan. Ann Brackenridge earned a PhD in Muscle Growth and Development, a Master of Science in Meat Science, and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Kansas State University.
