Ashwini Pawde is an experienced marketing and sales professional with a strong background in trade marketing and sales management. Currently serving as the Regional Trade Marketing Manager for West and South at Cargill since June 2020, Ashwini has developed expertise in go-to-market strategy and claims management. Prior experience includes roles as Area Sales Manager at Cargill and Nestlé, where Ashwini excelled in sales target management and interpersonal communication. Ashwini’s career began as a Retail Executive and progressed to an Assistant Brand Manager in marketing at Nestlé. Educational credentials include an MBA in Marketing from Prestige Institute of Management & Research and a BCom (Hons.) in Business Management from the Institute of Excellence in Higher Education.
