Candice Kingsley

Candice Kingsley has extensive experience in the field of restaurant solutions and innovation management at Cargill, where roles have included Restaurant Solutions Advisor, Council Chair for the Protein Women’s Leadership Council, and several project lead positions. Candice also served as the McDonald’s Innovation Project Manager and an External Innovation Analyst. Prior experience includes an internship in Intellectual Asset Management R&D at Cargill and coaching at MN Select Volleyball Club. Academically, Candice holds a Master of Science in Patent Law from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Minnesota, complemented by coursework at Northwestern University and the University of North Dakota.
