Carrie Lendon possesses extensive expertise in technology portfolio management, specifically in the food industry, having served as the Global Technology Portfolio Leader at Cargill from July 2014 to October 2020. In this role, Carrie was responsible for creating and managing innovation portfolios focused on plant and alternative protein ingredients. Additionally, Carrie held positions as the Nutrition Center of Expertise & PPD Leader for the Americas, as well as R&D Lead for Food and Health Segments within the Corn Milling division at Cargill. Academically, Carrie earned a Ph.D. in Macromolecular Science and Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Chemistry from The College of Wooster.
