Cordell Hardy

Cordell Hardy currently serves as Vice President of Core R&D at Cargill since January 2024. In addition, Hardy holds the position of Board Chair at Minnesota Community Care, having transitioned to this role in April 2022 and becoming elected in January 2023. As Treasurer for The Sanneh Foundation since January 2021, Hardy contributes to empowering youth through various support programs in the Twin Cities metro area. Furthermore, Hardy is an Advisory Board Member at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering. Prior experience includes more than two decades at 3M, culminating in the role of Senior Vice President of Corporate R&D Operations, where responsibilities included leading a diverse technical organization across multiple global business sectors. Hardy holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and two bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
