Esha Khullar is currently the Director of R&D - Metabolic Engineering at Cargill. Esha has previously held roles such as Biochemistry & Physiology Technical Leader at Corteva and Senior Microbial Biochemist at Dow AgroSciences. Esha earned a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they also completed an MS in the same field. Esha's early research experience includes internships at the Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology and Nigerian Breweries.
