Grace Kelly Barbosa

Grace Kelly Barbosa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and people management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter in HR Talent Acquisition at Cargill since March 2021, Grace has previously held significant roles, including Analista de Gente & Gestão at Martins from February 2015 to March 2021, where contributions included the development of leadership programs and conducting various corporate trainings. Earlier positions include an HR Analyst role at Grupo 3R and an internship in HR at Archer Daniels Midland Company. Grace holds a Pós Graduação in Gestão de Pessoas from PUC Minas and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.
