Jacob Alexander is a Project Engineer at Cargill since September 2021, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the facilities Multi Year Capital Replacement Plan and Budget, as well as designing and installing new production lines. Previously, Jacob served as a Reliability Supervisor at Pixelle Specialty Solutions, overseeing the Lubrication & Vibration Monitoring Program and managing a team to enhance mill-wide reliability. Jacob's career also includes roles as a Reliability Engineer at Phoenix Laser Solutions, Propulsion Engineer, and Teardown Engineer, along with an internship as a Project Engineer Intern at Royalty Roofing Systems, performing material and cost analysis for roofing projects. Jacob began the professional journey as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, focusing on multi-metallic bonding and additive manufacturing. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State Erie, obtained in 2018.
