Jenna Vargason

Jenna Vargason is currently a Senior Director of Strategy & Transformation for the Americas at Cargill, having previously served as Director of HR Strategy and Portfolio. They have a diverse background in project management and consulting, with experience at Boom Lab and Accenture, where they held positions as Project Manager Senior Associate and Strategy & Consulting Manager, respectively. Earlier in their career, they worked in alumni relations and admissions at the University of St. Thomas. Jenna holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management at the same institution.
