Keith Wroolie

Keith Wroolie has extensive experience in various roles at Cargill, including Soy Protein and Lecithin Product Line Manager, Trader, Sweeteners Product Line Specialist, and Supply Chain Analyst. Keith has successfully managed P&L's, formulated turnaround strategies, and led enterprise level challenges. Currently, Keith is a Co-Owner of Minnesota Play Cafe, supporting their wife Amanda in running the business. Keith holds a degree in Political Science from St. Cloud State University.
