Marcos Beraldo has extensive experience in smart manufacturing, intelligent automation, and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Global Smart Manufacturing Performance Lead - Senior Manager at Cargill since February 2015. In this role, Marcos leads strategy deployment for the Smart Manufacturing Team, focusing on value creation and performance analytics aligned with strategic goals. Previous roles include Global Intelligent Automation Consulting - Senior Manager and Intelligent Automation Senior Manager for LATAM and NA, where Marcos introduced a Virtual Workforce to enhance automation capabilities across the organization.
