Monte K. Engelkemier

Monte K. Engelkemier, PE, PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional currently serving as the NA Engineering Discipline Leader at Cargill since July 2017, where responsibilities include driving standardization and collaboration in engineering on capital projects. With extensive experience in mechanical engineering, Monte held roles at Stanley Consultants and was involved in significant projects such as the new steam turbine generation building for a US Military base. Active in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers since 2007, Monte holds various leadership positions including Chair of the B31 Mechanical Design Committee. Monte's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University.
