Nathalia Sobral

Nathalia Sobral is an experienced HR professional with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) currently serving as the LATAM HR Senior Manager at Cargill since September 2013. Leading a team of 40, Nathalia has developed and executed recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and co-leads the Women in Operations Project. Previously, Nathalia held roles as Brazil HR Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing TA initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and implementing HR processes. Nathalia's career also includes significant positions in change management and organizational development at companies such as BRF and Hospital Albert Einstein, along with academic experience as a university professor. Nathalia holds a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management and a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management.
