Sara Lupi

Sara Lupi currently serves as HR VP Global Support Functions and Head of Human Resources for Southern Europe at Beiersdorf, starting in January 2024. Previously, as the Global Head of Culture, Learning & Employee Experience at Opella from January 2022 to December 2023, Lupi was instrumental in fostering an employee-centric experience within a €5B organization. Lupi's extensive experience at Sanofi includes roles such as Franchise Operations Head for Rare Disease US, Chief of Staff for Global Medical, and Global Human Resources Business Partner in R&D, showcasing a strong background in business transformation, strategy implementation, and people management across diverse environments. Educationally, Lupi holds a Master's Degree in International Human Resources Management from Paris 2 - Pantheon Assas and Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management from Università degli Studi di Torino and International Business from the University of Warwick.
