Nisha Raj Coughlan

Nisha Raj Coughlan serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leader for the EMEA Region at Cargill since May 2022, focusing on creating inclusive workplaces and fostering equitable practices. Prior to this role, Nisha held key positions at EY, including Associate Director of Strategic Talent Management and Assistant Director for Talent Management & DEI, where responsibilities included leading organizational development and DEI initiatives. Experience also includes serving as the DEI&B Lead at An Post, where Nisha implemented the firm's inaugural Female Leadership Development Programme, and earlier roles at IBM and BT Group, contributing to talent development and intercultural intelligence. Nisha holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
