Ramakrishna Naik

Ramakrishna Naik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and plant management, currently serving as Continuous Improvement Lead at Cargill since December 2018. With over 6-7 years of expertise as a change agent and facilitator, Ramakrishna has overseen manufacturing plant operations for eight years and managed diverse operations across multiple organizations, including Lozen Pharma, Syngenta Seed, and Saint-Gobain Abrasives. Demonstrating a strong background in HSE operations and Lean Manufacturing Systems, Ramakrishna has successfully led high-impact projects, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced organizational profitability. Ramakrishna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, a Post Graduate degree in Supply Chain Professionalism from the University of Warwick, and completed a management program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
