Silvi Tahiri

Silvi Tahiri has extensive experience in the field of compliance. Silvi most recently worked at Cargill as a Compliance Assistant Director, a position they held from November 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that, they were also a Compliance Assistant Director at Cargill from October 2022 to September 2023. Before joining Cargill, they served as a Compliance Lead at the company from November 2021 to October 2022.

Before their time at Cargill, Tahiri worked as a Compliance Manager at Gunvor Group Ltd from September 2017 to October 2021. Silvi also worked as a Compliance Senior Advisor at Shell from April 2014 to September 2017. Prior to that, they held the role of Compliance Director at Morgan Stanley from November 2009 to April 2014. Silvi began their career in compliance as a Compliance Associate at BlackRock from December 2007 to November 2009. Prior to BlackRock, they worked as a Compliance Officer at Fairfax from May 2006 to December 2007.

Silvi Tahiri's education history includes a Diploma in Regulation and Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), which was obtained in 2010. In 2008, Silvi Tahiri completed a Certificate program in Securities and Regulations, also from The CISI. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2006, Silvi Tahiri earned a First Class Honours degree in BSc Computer Science from the University of Westminster.
