Jessica Kreuzer

Jessica Kreuzer serves as the Head of Sales Accelerator and Interim Head of Recruiting at Carglass® Germany since December 2014, leading teams in Business Innovation, Business Development, and Sales Excellence. Kreuzer is responsible for strategic initiatives, including the implementation of AI tools in sales and establishing international recruiting processes. Prior roles include Manager of New Business Development and Manager of New Services, where Kreuzer successfully developed strategies for new business sectors and startup programs. As the founder and CEO of BodyUpgrade, a fitness company, Kreuzer demonstrated strong leadership and market insight. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Business Science from FernUniversität in Hagen and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees from European University of Applied Sciences and Griffith University.
