Gianluca Sala

Gianluca Sala has extensive work experience in various roles within operations and supply chain management. From 2008 onwards, they served as the Head of Central Operations & Supply Chain at Carglass Italy. In this role, they optimized operational processes and organizational structures within the company's direct network. Prior to this, they worked at The Walt Disney Company, where they held positions such as Operations Director and Manufacturing and Distribution Senior Manager. During their time at Disney, they focused on redesigning processes and organizations within the European Supply Chain, as well as integrating production and logistics activities for Home Entertainment products. Before joining Disney, they served as the European Product Manager at Panduit, where they were responsible for international marketing strategies. Gianluca also had experience as a Product Manager at Bticino.

Gianluca Sala obtained a Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano between 1984 and 1989.
