Jeroen Hendrix

Jeroen Hendrix has over 19 years of work experience in the field of HR. Jeroen currently serves as the People Director at Carglass®, where they have been since September 2018. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at The Adecco Group from January 2017 to August 2018. Before joining The Adecco Group, Jeroen was the Manager Consultancy, Compensations & Benefits at Adecco Group Nederland from February 2015 to December 2016. Jeroen also has extensive experience at CARGLASS, where they held the positions of Compensations & Program Manager and HR Manager from 2005 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Jeroen served as an HR Advisor at Akzo Nobel / Organon from 2002 to 2005 and as a Manager Staff Intelligence at Meeting Masters from 1999 to 2002.

Jeroen Hendrix attended Tilburg University from 1993 to 1999, studying Personeelswetenschappen (Personnel Science).
