Ramon Houtman has accumulated a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Starting in 2012, they worked as an Engineer and later as a Stagiair at Rohaco, where they focused on creating 3D models, conducting capacity calculations, and designing concepts for non-standard gripping solutions in the field of automation.
In 2012, Ramon also joined Maprom Engineering B.V as an Engineer, responsible for determining the required shaft diameters for new ships according to various classifications. Additionally, they worked on designing and implementing a "gluing mold" for bonding rubber sealing elements for sealing ship shafts.
Moving on to KONI in 2014, Ramon served as a Design Engineer and later as a Project Engineer for the railway department.
