Narelle Craig is the Co-Founder & Director of Client Experience at Cargo Crew, a company that supplies design-led staff uniforms. With a background in advertising and a BA in Advertising from RMIT University, Narelle has held various roles such as Senior Account Manager at TMW Unlimited, Senior Account Manager at RAPP London, Account Manager at Proximity London, and Account Manager at iris Nation. Narelle also started their career at DDB Melbourne where Narelle worked on major FMCG, financial services, and white goods accounts. Throughout their career, Narelle has gained valuable experience in customer service-centric marketing and overseeing various advertising campaigns for well-known brands.
