Karen Clausen

Karen Clausen has over 30 years of work experience in the aviation industry. Karen began their career in 1986 with Lufthansa, where they held various roles ranging from Station Manager in Istanbul to Customer Service Supervisor in Johannesburg. In 1998, they joined Swissport as General Manager of JFK International Airport and General Manager of Operations in South Africa. From 2005 to 2007, they were Senior Vice President of Operations at Sterling Infosystems, Inc. and from 2007 to 2014, they were Vice President of Sales and Services at Quantem Aviation Services. Karen has been Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Cargomatrix since 2016.

Karen Clausen's education history includes attending Johannesburg College of Education / University of the Witwatersrand, Lufthansa International Training Centre, and Sir John Adamson High School. Additionally, they hold certifications as an ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from AQS Solutions, a DEKRA Company and a Personal Trainer from Personal Training Institute of New Rochelle.
