Fabrice Godeau

Fabrice Godeau is the current VP of Sales at cargo.one. Fabrice has also previously served as the Head of Asia Pacific at Vision-Box from August 2019 to December 2021, and Managing Director at IER Group from April 2017 to June 2019.

Fabrice has been instrumental in leading the regional growth in Asia Pacific for Vision-Box, with offices in Australia (Canberra, Sydney), Japan (Tokyo) and a new centre of excellence in Malaysia. In March 2021, they successfully secured Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad - Single Token Letter of Award for KLIA and KLIA2 airports to deploy seamless biometric journey.

At IER Group, Fabrice was responsible for developing the strategic plan 2018-2020 to deliver the performance budgeted. Fabrice was also the Project Leader of the Group CRM - Salesforce Enterprise, and successfully led the CRM definition and provider selection, as well as the conduct workshops to define the common sales processes between 3 Business Units.

Under their leadership, IER Group saw drastic cost reduction with new office, and streamline business processes. In 2019, IER Group opened a new Experience centre to experience in Virtual Reality the « Dream Airport ».

Fabrice has a strong track record in developing and executing strategies that result in tangible benefits for their company. Their wealth of experience and knowledge makes him an invaluable asset to any organization.

Fabrice Godeau has a certification in IATA One ID – Towards Contactless Passenger Processing from IATA Training. Fabrice also has a certification in General Airline Industry Knowledge course from AirBusiness Academy SAS. Fabrice is a Sous-Officiers in the Military from Ecole des Sous-Officiers de l'Armée de Terre. Fabrice has an Executive Education in Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy from INSEAD.

Fabrice Godeau reports to Moritz Claussen, Co-Founder & co-CEO. They are on a team with Catherine A. - VP, People, Simson Demmer - VP, Partnerships, and Laura Weritz - Chief of Staff.
