Victor Landau

Victor Landau is currently the VP of Product at cargo.one. Victor has held this position since July 2015, and prior to that they were the CEO and co-founder of Spotistic, which was acquired by Uberall in 2015. Before their work at Spotistic, Landau interned at Merrill Lynch from July 2010 to June 2011. There, they participated in algorithmic trading and the development of 12 quantitative or systematic fundamental strategies on US or European equities and currencies. Victor also priced simple products as an exotic trader. From September 2009 to March 2012, Landau worked as an oral examiner for Education Nationale. During that time, they also completed a research project on asymmetric copulas from September 2009 to February 2010 at école des mines de Paris - MINES ParisTech. Additionally, Landau taught mathematics at Optimal Prepa from September 2008 to March 2012. Finally, they gained shopfloor experience at Parfums Christian Dior in February 2008.

Victor Landau's educational career began with him obtaining an engineering degree in economics, mathematics, and computer sciences from Mines Paris. Victor then attended Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles for mathematics and computer science at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève. Finally, they completed their Classe Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles in mathematics and computer science at Lycée Condorcet.
