Ludmila Prats' work experience begins in 2015 as a Food and Beverage Cashier at Snowbasin Resort. In 2017, they become a Profesor titular at Jardin INTI-HUASI and Instituto Carlos Tejedor until 2019. In 2020, they work as an English Teacher at Passport Idiomas and later at Lincoln Institute until 2021. Simultaneously in 2020, they also work as a Profesor de inglés at PROCOM IT SOLUTIONS. Ludmila'smost recent position is at Cargo Produce, where they started in 2022 as the Head of Customer Success and also worked in Quality Assurance.

Ludmila Prats began their education in 2016 at IDRA, where they pursued a degree in English teacher training until 2019. Following that, Ludmila attended Instituto Superior Lenguas Vivas from 2020 to 2023, where they obtained a degree in Literary and Technical-Scientific Translation in English.

In terms of additional certifications, Ludmila has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2022, they received certifications in Digital Skills: User Experience from Accenture, Introduction to Databases and SQL, and Introduction to Programming Language, both from EducacionIT. In 2021, they completed a basic course in Software QA Testing from Academia QA, a course on building digital products from Acámica, a course on design thinking from Acámica as well, and obtained an EF SET English Certificate C2 (Proficient). Ludmila also acquired certifications in interviews, metrics, and benchmarking, personas and customer journey, introduction to WordPress for creating websites, and completed a Scrum Foundation self-paced course in 2021. Additionally, in 2020, they completed a remote teaching course from the British Council, and in 2019 they obtained a certification on teaching writing in English focusing on genres from the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Education in Buenos Aires. In 2019, they also completed a workshop on tools for inclusive education, specifically dyslexia, offered by the Argentine Presidency.

Furthermore, Ludmila attended the I Jornadas de investigación en lingüística aplicada in 2018 at the National University of Mar del Plata. In 2017, they participated in a seminar on optimizing teaching skills offered by Steve Taylore-Knowles through Macmillan Learning, as well as a workshop on storytelling organized by the National University of Mar del Plata.
