Kevin Okimura

Kevin Okimura is a seasoned professional in the field of bioprocess development and manufacturing, currently serving as the Director of CMC Process Development at Orca Bio since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Director of CMC at Pionyr Immunotherapeutics and Associate Director of MSAT at Portola Pharmaceuticals, along with various positions at Medivation, Merck, and other research laboratories. Kevin Okimura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and has a solid foundation in process development and engineering, especially in relation to biopharmaceuticals, highlighted by contributions to significant projects like KEYTRUDA®.
