François-Xavier Gsell has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. François-Xavier started their career as a Trainee Network Administrator at Infotec in 2007 and moved on to become a Trainee Network Engineer at L'Arche Daybreak in 2010. In 2011, they had a role as a Trainee Network Engineer at Eramet, where they installed a Nagios supervision system.

In 2011, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant in Advanced Object-Oriented Programming at Epitech, where they corrected students' projects and assisted them during practical classes.

From 2013 to 2014, François-Xavier served as an IT Coordinator at Eramet, responsible for the operational management of IT in an office. François-Xavier developed a SharePoint 2010 application for Risk Management and customized existing applications.

In 2014, they joined EMAS AMC as a Business IT Applications Engineer, where they managed a document control, correspondence management, and lessons learned system project. François-Xavier was also responsible for project planning and cost control.

From 2015 to 2017, François-Xavier worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Art Of Click, where they designed and implemented a data warehouse, developed an ad-server in Go, and built a REST API and tracking system for impressions.

In 2017, they joined Amazon Web Services as a Solutions Architect, where they worked until 2019. François-Xavier then transitioned to Microsoft, where they served as a Senior Cloud Solution Architect until 2020.

Currently, François-Xavier holds the position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CargoAi, starting from July 2020.

François-Xavier Gsell completed their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming from EPITECH - European Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2012. François-Xavier then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Computer Science (Computational Intelligence) from the University of Kent from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they obtained a Baccalauréat professionnel degree in Micro-informatique et Réseaux, Installation et Maintenance from Faculté des Métiers de l'Essonne from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they attended Notre Dame de Sion in 2006 to 2007 and St Charles from 2004 to 2006, for which the specific degrees and fields of study are not specified. François-Xavier Gsell also holds various certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect, among others.
