Prior to ToolsGroup, Cosmo worked as a World Class Manufacturing Engineer at Marelli from November 2016 to March 2017.

In 2021, Cosmo joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Research Collaborator, contributing to research projects.

Cosmo Valentino's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at Politecnico di Milano and obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering in 2013.
