Chris A. Nielen

Chris A. Nielen has a diverse and extensive work experience in the airline industry. Chris A. worked as the Vice President Sales at Cargolux Airlines since 2016. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Commercial Manager Europe at International Airlines Group (IAG) from 2012 to 2016. In their role at IAG, they also held the position of Cargo Commercial Manager for Central & Eastern Europe from 2008 to 2012. Before joining IAG, they worked as the Cargo Commercial Manager for Germany at British Airways from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Chris A. Nielen served at British Airways as the Cargo Commercial Manager for Benelux & Nordics from 2002 to 2005, and as the Regional Key Account Manager for Europe from 2001 to 2002.

Chris A. Nielen graduated from Haarlem Business School in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2006, they completed the British Airways Commercial Leadership Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand. Additionally, in 1996, they studied International Management at the University of Florida. Chris also attended Business College Leiden from 1990 to 1993, specializing in Logistics. In 2018, they participated in the Executive Leadership Development Programme at the Luxembourg School of Business.
