Chad Bowser

Chad Bowser has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Chad is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Cargomatic since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Boxed from January 2021 to November 2022. In this role, they led the recruitment team and successfully hired over 100 new employees while overseeing various departments. Chad also worked as a Human Resources Advisor at C16 Biosciences from July 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources [United States] at Nayuki Tea from November 2019 to August 2020, where they played a key role in preparing the company for an IPO. Chad also has experience as a Principal Consultant at Chad Prima Recruitment from January 2016 to December 2019, where they managed a recruitment boutique and delivered executive-level hires for government contracting companies.
