Chuck Zhao

Chuck Zhao has a wealth of experience in the air cargo industry. Chuck began their career in 2006 as a Process Engineer Project Manager for Cargo Airport Services LLC, USA. In 2015, they took on the role of IT Director for Consolidated Aviation Services. In 2016, they became Vice President of IT, North America for Worldwide Flight Services (WFS). In this role, they are credited as the Father of ePic forwarder portal, the first online payment portal in North America, processing $200 million per year. Chuck also invented and practiced paperless processes in the air cargo warehouse space. Currently, they are the Director of Product Performance for CargoSprint.

Chuck Zhao attended East China Normal University from 1980 to 1984 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters.
