Anna-Leena Tapio

Anna-Leena Tapio is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for Central Functions & Strategic Projects at Cargotec's Hiab division since January 2019, Anna-Leena supports senior leaders across multiple departments, overseeing a workforce of over 400 employees in 17 countries. Previous roles include Human Resources Director for the Demountables, Forestry, and Recycling Cranes Division at Hiab, and Global HR Business Partner for Nokia Software post-acquisition of Comptel. Anna-Leena's extensive experience encompasses talent management, succession planning, compensation strategies, and employee engagement across diverse regions, including Finland, Poland, Japan, and the Americas.
