Eric Alstrom

Eric Alstrom serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Cargotec since June 2024 and has held the position of President at Danfoss Power Solutions since September 2012. During Alstrom's tenure, Danfoss successfully acquired Sauer-Danfoss Inc. Alstrom previously was the President and CEO of Hempel A/S from April 2017 to August 2024, and served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Benteler Automotive from June 2008 to September 2012. Prior experiences include serving as Managing Director at General Motors Europe from July 2002 to June 2008, where responsibilities included oversight of corporate finance related to GM's equity position in Fuji Heavy Industries (Subaru).
