Eduardo Freire

Eduardo Freire, P.E., C.W.I. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eduardo is currently serving as the Principal Associate / Regional Manager - Geotechnical Services at Colliers Engineering & Design since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Maser Consulting from January 2021 to February 2021. Previously, they were the Geographic Discipline Leader / Senior Project Manager at Maser Consulting from August 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Maser Consulting, Eduardo was the President of Craig Testing Laboratories, Inc. from January 2008 to July 2019. Eduardo also worked as the Principal Engineer at Craig Test Boring from December 2000 to December 2008.

Earlier in their career, Eduardo served as the Engineering Manager at Ocean Resources from September 1997 to September 2000. Eduardo started their professional journey as a Staff Engineer at Hunt Engineering Company from February 1993 to April 1996.

Eduardo Freire, P.E., C.W.I. holds a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Wales, Cardiff, which they obtained in 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering at Villanova University from 1988 to 1992.
