Matheus Jacobini

Matheus Jacobini has a diverse work experience starting from their early career as an intern at 3M in 2003. Matheus then worked at Citigroup as a trainee and later became an Especialista de Projetos - Melhoria de Processos. After that, they joined Sadia and held roles such as Coordenador Six Sigma and Especialista de Gestão de Projetos Corporativos. In 2010, Matheus became a Gerente Corporativo de Gestão at GOL. Matheus then moved to Estre Ambiental, where they served as Diretor de Gente e Gestão and later as Gerente de Novos Negócios. Matheus also worked at Allis - Field Marketing as Diretor Executivo de Gente e Gestão and Diretor Executivo de Unidade de Negócios. Matheus was a member of Anjos do Brasil and GVAngels. Currently, Matheus is working at frete.com as VP Gente e Gestão (CHRO).

Matheus Jacobini has a strong educational background. Matheus completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued further education, obtaining a Master's degree in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2008. In 2010, they continued their education by completing an MBA in Strategic Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Additionally, Matheus holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Fundação Vanzolini - USP.
