Jessica Black is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and customer service across various organizations. Currently at CarGurus since February 2022, Jessica focuses on product delivery and roadmap management. Prior experience includes roles at Newfold Digital as Senior Product Manager for Storefront and Product Manager for Website, where Jessica led product development for Bluehost.com. Jessica also served as Product Owner for Domain.com at Endurance International Group, championing web development projects, and held digital marketing and customer service positions at 1A Auto and Lincare Holdings, Inc., gaining a strong foundation in customer relations and marketing strategies.
