Kristen Jeena is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in building and managing recruitment teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at CarGurus since October 2022, Kristen specializes in recruiting for roles in software engineering, product management, and data science, utilizing an array of recruitment tools. Prior to this, Kristen held similar director positions at Included Health, where leadership of a 17-member team resulted in exceeding hiring plans by 120%, and Care.com, achieving a 33% increase in hiring while managing recruitment strategies and employer branding. Earlier roles included senior positions at CM Access, where Kristen launched technical recruitment services and significantly improved team productivity.
