Paul Gilligan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships, product management, and business development across various sectors, including insurance and telecommunications. Currently serving as Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager at CarGurus since October 2018, Paul is focused on expanding the business in Europe. Prior roles include Head of Product & Strategy at Car Dealer Intelligence Ltd, where responsibilities included market research and SaaS product development, and General Manager of Insurance Services at Ingram Micro Asia Ltd, overseeing insurance initiatives across ASEAN and Hong Kong. Additionally, Paul has a strong background in managing operations and business development from previous positions at Mobilecover Singapore and Digicel.
