Andrea Dudek

Andrea Dudek has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Corporate and US Supply Chain at Carhartt since January 2008. Previous roles at Carhartt include Sr. Human Resource Manager for Corporate Operations and Talent Acquisition, Sr. Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Carhartt, Andrea worked as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at BBDO Worldwide and as Director of Recruitment and Selection at Northwestern Mutual. Early career experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Compuware. Andrea holds a BS in Human Resources Development, Training, and Organizational Development from Oakland University, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
