Nora Merz

Nora Merz has an extensive work history in the apparel industry. Nora began their career at Levi Strauss & Co. as a Product Development Assistant in 2008. Nora then worked as a Design Coordinator at Cut Loose from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Product Development & Production Manager at Jessie Steele. Nora then joined Royal Robbins Inc as a Development Manager from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they became the Global Sourcing & Trim Manager at Eddie Bauer from 2015 to 2017. Nora then worked as a Production and Sourcing Manager at Brist Mfg from 2017 to 2019 and later at COAL HEADWEAR from 2019 to 2020. Nora'smost recent role was as a Materials R&D Execution Manager-Wovens & Denim at Tommy Bahama from 2020 to 2021. Presently, Nora holds the position of Technical Raw Material Developer Lead - Global Product at Carhartt, starting in 2021.

Nora Merz attended the California College of the Arts from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a BFA degree in Textiles.
