Dr. Philipp Horn

Dr. Philipp Horn is currently the Head of Enterprise IT at CARIAD and has extensive experience in procurement and strategic management roles at companies such as MAN Truck & Bus SE and Volkswagen AG. Dr. Philipp is also a University Lecturer for Tactical Buying at the University of Twente. Dr. Horn holds a Doctorate in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management from the University of Twente.
