Georgios Fagogenis

Georgios Fagogenis, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of software engineering with a focus on motion planning and decision making. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at CARIAD since October 2023, Georgios previously held positions at Argo AI from September 2021 to October 2023 and TTTech Auto from November 2019 to August 2021. Georgios began an academic career as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School from October 2015 to August 2018, following a role as a Research Associate at Technische Universität Berlin between September 2009 and September 2011. Georgios earned a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, complemented by a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich and a Master of Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
