Lena Gevers

Lena Gevers is currently the Head of Integration Infrastructure and Operations at CARIAD, where they lead multiple areas including Software Test Infrastructure and Test Management & Automation. Previously, they served as the Head of HiL Test Infrastructure, managing a team focused on optimizing testing processes. With a background in mechatronics from TH Köln, Lena's career also includes significant roles at Ford Motor Company, where they advanced testing methodologies and team leadership within software testing and simulation. Their early experience includes a diploma thesis at dSPACE GmbH, demonstrating a commitment to real-time modeling in engineering.
