Gerard Thomas is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in loyalty program management and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Loyalty Manager at Caribbean Airlines Ltd since January 2016, Gerard oversees the Caribbean Miles and Caribbean Club programs, focusing on operational growth, budget management, and stakeholder relationships.
