Cindy Orellano

Cindy Orellano is currently the Procurement Lead at Caribbean Community Climate Change Centre (CCCCC). Previously, Cindy worked as a Procurement Specialist for the Program Management Unit Ministry of Infrastructure Development and Housing and as a Finance and Procurement Specialist at Protected Areas Conservation Trust (PACT). Additionally, Cindy has experience as a Finance & Contracts and Procurement Specialist at the Ministry of Economic Development & Petroleum and as a Customer Service Supervisor/Credit Control at Belize Water Service Ltd. Orellano holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Indianapolis.
