Bevon Chadel Charles

Bevon Chadel Charles is an accomplished CEO and founder of Akata Farms, leading a self-sustainable integrated farm that focuses on healthy food, community development, and agricultural opportunities since October 2014. In addition to that role, Bevon serves as a consultant for Asesoramiento Ambiental Estratégico, a national coordinator for the Commonwealth Youth Climate Change Network, and a member of the Caribbean Development Bank's Future Leaders Network. With extensive experience on various boards, including the Grenada Agro Tourism Cooperative and the Marketing & National Importing Board, Bevon promotes the integration of agriculture and tourism while emphasizing local produce. An educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Finance, and Marketing from St. George's University, complemented by an Associate of Arts and Sciences from TA Marryshow Community College. Through initiatives like YPARD and One Young World, Bevon actively fosters entrepreneurial and agricultural development within Grenada and the Caribbean region.
