Isaac Solomon

Isaac Solomon currently serves as Vice President-Operations at the Caribbean Development Bank since March 2021. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at RBC from September 2006 to February 2021, where roles included Managing Director for the Eastern Caribbean and Area Vice President for St Lucia & St Vincent. Isaac also held a directorial position at LIAT (1974) LTD from 2001 until June 2020 and served as a director at the Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) from October 2001 to October 2017. Prior experience in financial oversight was gained as Resident Representative at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank from July 2002 to August 2006 and as Budget Director at the Government of SVG's Ministry of Finance from January 1997 to July 2002. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance from the University of London, a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies, as well as professional certifications in forensic accounting and public accounting.
